Joy: Steamed artichokes and cedar plank grilled salmon.
John: Catfish (bbq a close second).
Tour favorite food:
Joy: Veggie chips, hummus with fresh red peppers for dipping, chips and salsa!
John: Sadly, grilled chicken salads.
What’s the first food you eat when you get home from tour?
Joy: The Bird, a magical sandwich made by a local, all organic restaurant called The Silly Goose. (Check out http://www.sillygoosenashville.com)
John: Well, it’s a drink. Sun-drop – highly addictive soft drink. It’s in the mountain dew family I guess, but has orange juice in it. You can only get it in a hundred mile radius of north alabama (as far as I know). I defy you to have one and not need rehab.
